Ingredients
- Barramundi Fillet
- Green Beans
- Curly Parsley
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Peel
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Pat the fish dry and season with salt and pepper.
- 2.Mix the parsley and lemon zest together.
- 3.Press the herb mixture onto the top of the fillet.
- 4.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the fish for 4–5 minutes per side.
- 5.Meanwhile, steam or boil the green beans for 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 6.Drizzle the beans with a little olive oil.
- 7.Serve alongside the barramundi.
