Ingredients

  • Barramundi Fillet
  • Green Beans
  • Curly Parsley
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Peel
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the fish dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2.Mix the parsley and lemon zest together.
  3. 3.Press the herb mixture onto the top of the fillet.
  4. 4.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the fish for 4–5 minutes per side.
  5. 5.Meanwhile, steam or boil the green beans for 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. 6.Drizzle the beans with a little olive oil.
  7. 7.Serve alongside the barramundi.
