Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Potato
  • Zucchini
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Italian Herb Mix
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil the potatoes for 8 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
  2. 2.Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the potatoes for 6–8 minutes until golden.
  3. 3.Add the zucchini and garlic, cooking for another 3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. 4.Season the chicken with the Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
  5. 5.In a separate pan, cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
  6. 6.Slice the chicken and arrange it on a plate with the potatoes and zucchini.
  7. 7.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve while hot.
