- Raw Chicken Breast
- Potato
- Zucchini
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Italian Herb Mix
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Parmesan
Instructions
- 1.Boil the potatoes for 8 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
- 2.Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the potatoes for 6–8 minutes until golden.
- 3.Add the zucchini and garlic, cooking for another 3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4.Season the chicken with the Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
- 5.In a separate pan, cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- 6.Slice the chicken and arrange it on a plate with the potatoes and zucchini.
- 7.Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve while hot.
