Instructions

  1. 1.Lightly spray a small non-stick frying pan with olive oil.
  2. 2.Crack egg into pan and cook for 2 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  3. 3.Spread relish over base of english muffin.
  4. 4.Top with spinach, tomato, avocado and egg.
  5. 5.Season and top with english mufin lid.
