- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Pineapple chunks
- Crispy Broccoli Florets
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic cloves

Instructions
- 1.Cook the rice according to the instructions.
- 2.Steam the broccoli for 3–4 minutes.
- 3.Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the beef until browned.
- 4.Add the garlic, soy sauce and pineapple, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- 5.Serve over the brown rice with the broccoli.
