Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Raw Sweet Potato - unpeeled
- Haloumi Cheese
- Zucchini
- Olive Oil
- Honey
- Lemon, Raw with Peel
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven or air fryer to 200C.
- 2.Chop the Sweet Potato into 2cm cubes, toss with Olive Oil, and roast for 15 minutes.
- 3.Slice the Chicken Breast, Zucchini, and Halloumi into bite-sized pieces.
- 4.Add the chicken, zucchini, and halloumi to the tray with the potatoes and roast for another 10-12 minutes until the halloumi is golden.
- 5.Drizzle the entire tray with Honey and a squeeze of fresh Lemon while still hot.
- 6.Serve immediately for that perfect crispy-salty-sweet finish.
