  • Tilapia Fillet
  • Purple Sweet Potato
  • Asparagus Spears
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepperoni
  • Paprika
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1.Peel and dice the sweet potato. Boil for 15 minutes until soft, then mash with the butter.
  2. 2.Season the tilapia with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice.
  3. 3.Heat the olive oil and cook the fish for 4 minutes on each side.
  4. 4.Boil the asparagus for 3 minutes and drain.
  5. 5.Serve the fish with the sweet potato mash and asparagus.
