- Tilapia Fillet
- Purple Sweet Potato
- Asparagus Spears
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Pepperoni
- Paprika
- lemon juice
Instructions
- 1.Peel and dice the sweet potato. Boil for 15 minutes until soft, then mash with the butter.
- 2.Season the tilapia with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice.
- 3.Heat the olive oil and cook the fish for 4 minutes on each side.
- 4.Boil the asparagus for 3 minutes and drain.
- 5.Serve the fish with the sweet potato mash and asparagus.
