- Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
- Hass Avocado
- Mixed Leaf Garden Salad
- Cherry Tomato
- Cucumber baby
- Extra virgin oil
- lemon juice
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Remove the pork loin from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before cooking so it can come to room temperature.
- 2.Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- 3.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 4.Add the olive oil.
- 5.Place the pork in the pan and cook for about 6 minutes on each side, turning only once, until cooked through and lightly golden.
- 6.While the pork is cooking, wash the salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
- 7.Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
- 8.Combine the salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado in a bowl.
- 9.Drizzle with the lemon juice and toss gently.
- 10.Serve the grilled pork alongside the fresh salad.
