Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
  • Hass Avocado
  • Mixed Leaf Garden Salad
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Cucumber baby
  • Extra virgin oil
  • lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Remove the pork loin from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before cooking so it can come to room temperature.
  2. 2.Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4.Add the olive oil.
  5. 5.Place the pork in the pan and cook for about 6 minutes on each side, turning only once, until cooked through and lightly golden.
  6. 6.While the pork is cooking, wash the salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
  7. 7.Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8.Combine the salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado in a bowl.
  9. 9.Drizzle with the lemon juice and toss gently.
  10. 10.Serve the grilled pork alongside the fresh salad.
