Instructions

  2. 2.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper, then roast for 25 minutes, turning once.
  3. 3.Season the lamb with salt and pepper.
  4. 4.Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the lamb for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
  5. 5.Steam the broccoli for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  6. 6.Let the lamb rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
