Ingredients
- Raw Chicken Breast
- Corn Kernels
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Olive Oil
- Garlic, peeled
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Paprika
- Continental Parsley
Instructions
- 1.Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create two thin fillets. Season both sides with salt, black pepper and paprika.
- 2.Peel the carrot and slice it into thin rounds so it cooks quickly.
- 3.Heat a frying pan over medium heat for about 1 minute, then add the olive oil.
- 4.Place the chicken in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden and fully cooked.
- 5.Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
- 6.In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- 7.Add the sliced carrots and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8.Add the corn and cook for another 3 minutes until heated through.
- 9.Stir in the chopped parsley and serve the vegetables alongside the grilled chicken.
