Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Corn Kernels
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Paprika
  • Continental Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create two thin fillets. Season both sides with salt, black pepper and paprika.
  2. 2.Peel the carrot and slice it into thin rounds so it cooks quickly.
  3. 3.Heat a frying pan over medium heat for about 1 minute, then add the olive oil.
  4. 4.Place the chicken in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden and fully cooked.
  5. 5.Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
  6. 6.In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  7. 7.Add the sliced carrots and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. 8.Add the corn and cook for another 3 minutes until heated through.
  9. 9.Stir in the chopped parsley and serve the vegetables alongside the grilled chicken.
