Ingredients
- Baking Powder2 g
- Cinnamon, ground2 g
- Simply Egg Whites50 g
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt100 g
- Maple Syrup20 g
- Quick oats50 g
- Olive Oil2 ml
- Skim Milk60 ml
Instructions
- 1.In a small blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. (Reserve the maple syrup and olive oil).
- 2.In a medium pan, over medium-high heat, pour the olive oil, then the pancake mixture in, 2 tablespoons per pancake. Cook until bubbles appear in the centre, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
- 3.Stack your pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup.
- 4.Serve immediately whilst still hot!
