Ingredients

  • Baking Powder2 g
  • Cinnamon, ground2 g
  • Simply Egg Whites50 g
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt100 g
  • Maple Syrup20 g
  • Quick oats50 g
  • Olive Oil2 ml
  • Skim Milk60 ml

Instructions

  1. 1.In a small blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. (Reserve the maple syrup and olive oil).
  2. 2.In a medium pan, over medium-high heat, pour the olive oil, then the pancake mixture in, 2 tablespoons per pancake. Cook until bubbles appear in the centre, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
  3. 3.Stack your pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup.
  4. 4.Serve immediately whilst still hot!
