Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Dried Oregano
  • lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Tzatziki
  • Cucumber baby
  • Cherry Tomato

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Coat the potatoes with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper, then roast for 25 minutes until golden.
  3. 3.Season the chicken with lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. 4.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. 5.Slice the chicken and allow it to rest for 2 minutes.
  6. 6.Arrange the potatoes, cucumber and tomatoes on a plate.
  7. 7.Add the chicken on top and serve with the tzatziki on the side.
