Ingredients
- Raw Chicken Breast
- Potato
- Olive Oil
- Dried Oregano
- lemon juice
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Tzatziki
- Cucumber baby
- Cherry Tomato
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Coat the potatoes with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper, then roast for 25 minutes until golden.
- 3.Season the chicken with lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 4.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- 5.Slice the chicken and allow it to rest for 2 minutes.
- 6.Arrange the potatoes, cucumber and tomatoes on a plate.
- 7.Add the chicken on top and serve with the tzatziki on the side.
