Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Chick Peas
  • Raw Lebanese Cucumber - peeled
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Greek Feta Cheese
  • Extra virgin oil
  • lemon juice
  • Dried Oregano
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil and cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. 3.In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and feta.
  4. 4.Drizzle with lemon juice and season with a little salt and pepper.
  5. 5.Slice the chicken and serve alongside the salad.
