- Raw Chicken Breast
- Chick Peas
- Raw Lebanese Cucumber - peeled
- Cherry Tomato
- Greek Feta Cheese
- Extra virgin oil
- lemon juice
- Dried Oregano
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Season the chicken with oregano, salt and pepper.
- 2.Heat the olive oil and cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- 3.In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and feta.
- 4.Drizzle with lemon juice and season with a little salt and pepper.
- 5.Slice the chicken and serve alongside the salad.
