  • Potato Gnocchi
  • Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the gnocchi according to the packet instructions and drain.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
  3. 3.Stir in the crushed tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4.Toss the gnocchi with the sauce.
