Ingredients

  • Pork Rump Steak, Lean
  • Crispy Broccoli Florets
  • Ginger
  • Garlic cloves
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Water
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Remove the pork from the refrigerator 5 minutes before cooking.
  2. 2.Slice the pork into thin strips.
  3. 3.Mix with half the soy sauce and black pepper.
  4. 4.Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. 5.Add sesame oil.
  6. 6.Spread pork in a single layer.
  7. 7.Cook without moving for 5 minutes.
  8. 8.Turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. 9.Remove pork and set aside.
  10. 10.Add garlic and ginger to the pan.
  11. 11.Stir for 30 seconds.
  12. 12.Add broccoli and water.
  13. 13.Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  14. 14.Return pork to the pan.
  15. 15.Add remaining soy sauce.
  16. 16.Stir for 5 minute and make sure the pork is fully cooked before serving.
  17. 17.Serve immediately.
