- Pork Rump Steak, Lean
- Crispy Broccoli Florets
- Ginger
- Garlic cloves
- Light Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Water
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Remove the pork from the refrigerator 5 minutes before cooking.
- 2.Slice the pork into thin strips.
- 3.Mix with half the soy sauce and black pepper.
- 4.Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 5.Add sesame oil.
- 6.Spread pork in a single layer.
- 7.Cook without moving for 5 minutes.
- 8.Turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 9.Remove pork and set aside.
- 10.Add garlic and ginger to the pan.
- 11.Stir for 30 seconds.
- 12.Add broccoli and water.
- 13.Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
- 14.Return pork to the pan.
- 15.Add remaining soy sauce.
- 16.Stir for 5 minute and make sure the pork is fully cooked before serving.
- 17.Serve immediately.
