Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Sirloin Steak - lean
  • Brussels Sprout
  • Baby Carisma potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Continental Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Toss the Brussels sprouts and the baby potatoes with the olive oil, salt and pepper, then roast at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  2. 2.Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Cook the steak in a hot frying pan for 3–4 minutes per side, or to your preferred doneness.
  4. 4.Add the garlic during the last minute of cooking.
  5. 5.Serve the steak with the Brussels sprouts and roasted baby potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
