- Raw Beef Sirloin Steak - lean
- Brussels Sprout
- Baby Carisma potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Continental Parsley
Instructions
- 1.Toss the Brussels sprouts and the baby potatoes with the olive oil, salt and pepper, then roast at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- 2.Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- 3.Cook the steak in a hot frying pan for 3–4 minutes per side, or to your preferred doneness.
- 4.Add the garlic during the last minute of cooking.
- 5.Serve the steak with the Brussels sprouts and roasted baby potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
