- Ready to eat prawns
- Broccolini
- Garlic cloves
- Soy Sauce
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3.Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on one side.
- 4.Flip the shrimp and cook for another 1–2 minutes until pink and opaque.
- 5.Add the broccoli florets.
- 6.Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- 7.Add the soy sauce and mix well.
- 8.Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- 9.Remove from the heat.
- 10.Serve immediately, either on its own or with brown rice.
