  • Ready to eat prawns
  • Broccolini
  • Garlic cloves
  • Soy Sauce
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3.Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on one side.
  4. 4.Flip the shrimp and cook for another 1–2 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. 5.Add the broccoli florets.
  6. 6.Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  7. 7.Add the soy sauce and mix well.
  8. 8.Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
  9. 9.Remove from the heat.
