Ingredients
- Ocean selections raw prawns
- Couscous
- Garlic cloves
- Extra virgin oil
- Curly Parsley
- lemon juice
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Place the couscous in a heatproof bowl and pour over the boiling water.
- 2.Cover with a plate or lid and let it stand for 5 minutes. Fluff the grains with a fork.
- 3.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 4.Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- 5.Add the prawns in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.
- 6.Season with salt and pepper.
- 7.Stir the chopped parsley and half of the lemon juice through the couscous.
- 8.Spoon the couscous onto a plate and top with the garlic prawns.
- 9.Finish with the remaining lemon juice.
