Ingredients

  • Ocean selections raw prawns
  • Couscous
  • Garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Curly Parsley
  • lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Place the couscous in a heatproof bowl and pour over the boiling water.
  2. 2.Cover with a plate or lid and let it stand for 5 minutes. Fluff the grains with a fork.
  3. 3.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4.Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  5. 5.Add the prawns in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. 6.Season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7.Stir the chopped parsley and half of the lemon juice through the couscous.
  8. 8.Spoon the couscous onto a plate and top with the garlic prawns.
  9. 9.Finish with the remaining lemon juice.
