- Broccolini

- lemon juice

Instructions
- 1.Season the steak with salt and cracked black pepper.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side, or until your preferred doneness. Transfer to a plate to rest.
- 3.In the same pan, melt the butter and cook the broccolini for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 4.Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 5.Stir in the lemon juice, then sprinkle the Parmesan over the broccolini and toss gently.
- 6.Slice the steak, serve alongside the broccolini, and finish with chopped parsley.
