Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Sirloin Steak - lean
  • Broccolini
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic cloves
  • Parmesan
  • lemon juice
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Sea Salt
  • Curly Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the steak with salt and cracked black pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side, or until your preferred doneness. Transfer to a plate to rest.
  3. 3.In the same pan, melt the butter and cook the broccolini for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. 4.Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. 5.Stir in the lemon juice, then sprinkle the Parmesan over the broccolini and toss gently.
  6. 6.Slice the steak, serve alongside the broccolini, and finish with chopped parsley.
