  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Potato
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Rosemary
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Rocket

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Mix the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, half the garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  4. 4.Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  5. 5.Heat a frying pan over high heat and cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium, adjusting for your preferred doneness.
  6. 6.Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. 7.Serve with the rosemary potatoes and fresh rocket leaves.
