- Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
- Potato
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Rosemary
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Rocket
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Mix the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, half the garlic, salt and pepper.
- 3.Roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- 4.Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- 5.Heat a frying pan over high heat and cook the steak for 3–4 minutes per side for medium, adjusting for your preferred doneness.
- 6.Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- 7.Serve with the rosemary potatoes and fresh rocket leaves.
