- Raw Sweet Potato - unpeeled
- Cavendish Banana

Instructions
- 1.Steam the sweet potato in the microwave or on the stove until very soft, then mash thoroughly in a bowl.
- 2.Add the mashed banana, whole egg, egg whites, cocoa powder, and honey to the sweet potato. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
- 3.Stir in the rolled oats for texture.
- 4.Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes until set but still slightly fudgy in the centre.
- 5.Allow to cool for 2 minutes before topping with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
