Ingredients
- Ready to eat prawns
- The egg noodles
- Cashews
- Sesame Oil
- Zucchini
- Sriracha Hot Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Coriander
- Raw Carrot - peeled
Instructions
- 1.Slice carrot and zucchini into thin straws.
- 2.Boil the egg noodles until al dente, drain and set aside.
- 3.Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat; add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- 4.Add sliced zucchini and carrot to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 5.Toss in the cooked noodles, chilli sauce, and soy sauce, mixing well to coat.
- 6.Serve topped with cashews and fresh coriander for that crunch and hit of flavour.
