Ingredients

  • Ready to eat prawns
  • The egg noodles
  • Cashews
  • Sesame Oil
  • Zucchini
  • Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Coriander
  • Raw Carrot - peeled

Instructions

  1. 1.Slice carrot and zucchini into thin straws.
  2. 2.Boil the egg noodles until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. 3.Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat; add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  4. 4.Add sliced zucchini and carrot to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. 5.Toss in the cooked noodles, chilli sauce, and soy sauce, mixing well to coat.
  6. 6.Serve topped with cashews and fresh coriander for that crunch and hit of flavour.
