Instructions
- 1.Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
- 2.Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- 3.Once boiling, reduce to a gentle simmer and cook for 9–10 minutes.
- 4.Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water and let them cool completely.
- 5.Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
- 6.In a bowl, mix the eggs with the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper.
- 7.Spoon the egg mixture evenly into the lettuce leaves.
- 8.Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
