Ingredients

  • Firm Tofu
  • Raw Broccoli
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Red Capsicum
  • Soy Sauce
  • lemon juice
  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the tofu dry with paper towels.
  2. 2.Cut into cubes.
  3. 3.Cook in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes until golden.
  4. 4.Remove and set aside.
  5. 5.Stir-fry the vegetables for 4 minutes.
  6. 6.Return the tofu to the pan.
  7. 7.Add the soy sauce and lime juice.
  8. 8.Toss well and serve.
