Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2.Place the bread slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until toasted.
- 3.Remove from the oven and top each bread slice with a slice of prosciutto.
- 4.Sprinkle with the Italian herbs over the prosciutto.
- 5.Top each slice with a few pieces of cheese, diced onion, and diced tomato.
- 6.Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the toppings.
- 7.Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted
