  • real stock vegetable
  • High protein yoghurt
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. 2.Cook the onion for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  3. 3.Add the zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. 4.Pour in the stock and bring to a boil.
  5. 5.Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. 6.Blend until smooth.
  7. 7.Stir in the Greek yogurt before serving.
