Ingredients

  • Polenta
  • Water
  • Parmesan Cheese Block
  • Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Bring the water to the boil, gradually whisk in the polenta and cook until smooth. Stir in the Parmesan.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil and cook the onion until softened. Add the garlic and beef mince and cook until browned.
  3. 3.Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4.Spoon the creamy polenta into a bowl and top with the beef ragù.
  5. 5.Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh basil if desired, and serve.
