Ingredients
- Wholemeal Wheat Pasta - dry
- Chicken breast
- High Protein Plain Yoghurt
- Pesto Basil
- Baby Spinach
- Cherry Tomato
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1.Cook pasta until al dente, drain and leave aside.
- 2.Dice chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Pan-fry in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
- 3.In a large bowl, combine the boiled wholemeal pasta and cooked chicken.
- 4.Stir in the Greek yoghurt and pesto until the pasta is evenly coated and creamy.
- 5.Fold through the fresh spinach and halved cherry tomatoes.
- 6.Garnish with a crack of black pepper and serve chilled or at room temperature.
