- Simply nuts peanut butter
- Honey
Instructions
- 1.Place the rolled oats into a blender and pulse until they reach a flour-like consistency.
- 2.Add the egg whites and cocoa powder to the blender and blitz for about 10 seconds until a smooth batter forms.
- 3.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly spray with oil if necessary.
- 4.Pour the batter into the pan, swirling to create a thin, even crepe. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift easily and the underside is lightly golden.
- 5.Flip the crepe and cook for a further minute until cooked through.
- 6.Slide onto a plate, drizzle with honey, and spread the peanut butter over the centre before folding in half or thirds.
