- 1.In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yoghurt and protein powder until a smooth, thick paste forms.
- 2.Place the rice cake on a plate and evenly spread the yoghurt mixture over the surface.
- 3.Lightly crush the raspberries and gently press them into the yoghurt layer.
- 4.Place the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
- 5.Drizzle the melted chocolate over the raspberries in a zigzag pattern.
- 6.Place the rice cake in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, or until the chocolate has set and the yoghurt is firm.
