Ingredients

  • Firm Tofu
  • Pickled mushrooms
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the tofu dry with paper towels.
  2. 2.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3.Add the tofu and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
  4. 4.Remove the tofu and set aside.
  5. 5.Add the sesame oil to the skillet.
  6. 6.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. 7.Add the mushrooms and cook for 4–5 minutes until they release their moisture and become tender.
  8. 8.Stir in the soy sauce.
  9. 9.Return the tofu to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
  10. 10.Cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
