- Firm Tofu
- Pickled mushrooms
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1.Pat the tofu dry with paper towels.
- 2.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 3.Add the tofu and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
- 4.Remove the tofu and set aside.
- 5.Add the sesame oil to the skillet.
- 6.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 7.Add the mushrooms and cook for 4–5 minutes until they release their moisture and become tender.
- 8.Stir in the soy sauce.
- 9.Return the tofu to the skillet and gently mix everything together.
- 10.Cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
