- Red Capsicum
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Australian Snow Peas
- Light Soy Sauce
- Garlic, peeled
- Sesame Oil
- Uncooked White Rice
Instructions
- 1.Slice the vegetables into thin strips.
- 2.Heat a wok or large frying pan.
- 3.Add the sesame oil and garlic.
- 4.Stir-fry the beef for 3–4 minutes.
- 5.Add the vegetables.
- 6.Cook while stirring constantly for another 4 minutes.
- 7.Add the soy sauce.
- 8.Stir for 1 minute and serve with rice (already cooked).
