Ingredients

  • Raw Beef Rump Steak - lean
  • Red Capsicum
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Australian Snow Peas
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Sesame Oil
  • Uncooked White Rice

Instructions

  1. 1.Slice the vegetables into thin strips.
  2. 2.Heat a wok or large frying pan.
  3. 3.Add the sesame oil and garlic.
  4. 4.Stir-fry the beef for 3–4 minutes.
  5. 5.Add the vegetables.
  6. 6.Cook while stirring constantly for another 4 minutes.
  7. 7.Add the soy sauce.
  8. 8.Stir for 1 minute and serve with rice (already cooked).
