Ingredients

  • Chilli haloumi cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Rainbow shredded coleslaw
  • Free Range Eggs
  • Glaze Balsamic

Instructions

  1. 1.Slice chilli haloumi cheese into 1cm thick pieces.
  2. 2.Pan-fry haloumi in a non-stick pan until golden brown on both sides.
  3. 3.Halve cherry tomatoes and thinly slice red onion.
  4. 4.Combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, and rainbow shredded coleslaw in a bowl.
  5. 5.Poach free range eggs to your liking.
  6. 6.Divide salad between two plates, top with pan-fried haloumi and poached eggs.
  7. 7.Season with pepper to taste.
