Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • Chick Peas
  • Coconut milk
  • Red Onion
  • Curry Powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat a saucepan and cook the onion for 4 minutes.
  2. 2.Add the curry powder and stir for 30 seconds.
  3. 3.Add cauliflower and ¼ cup water.
  4. 4.Cover with a lid and cook for 8–10 minutes until nearly tender.
  5. 5.Add chickpeas and coconut milk.
  6. 6.Stir well and simmer uncovered for another 8 minutes.
  7. 7.Season and serve.
