Instructions
- 1.Heat a saucepan and cook the onion for 4 minutes.
- 2.Add the curry powder and stir for 30 seconds.
- 3.Add cauliflower and ¼ cup water.
- 4.Cover with a lid and cook for 8–10 minutes until nearly tender.
