Ingredients

  • White Tortilla
  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Hummus
  • Raw Lebanese Cucumber - peeled
  • Tomato
  • Cos Lettuce
  • Olive Oil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3.Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4.Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and allow it to rest for 2 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  5. 5.Warm the tortilla in a dry frying pan or microwave for 15–20 seconds to make it easier to roll.
  6. 6.Spread the hummus evenly over the centre of the tortilla.
  7. 7.Layer the lettuce, cucumber and tomato on top.
  8. 8.Add the sliced chicken.
  9. 9.Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  10. 10.Slice in half and serve immediately.
