- White Wraps
- Chicken breast
- Cos Lettuce
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Plain Yoghurt
Instructions
- 1.Heat the tortilla briefly in a dry frying pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- 2.Spread the plain yogurt evenly over the tortilla.
- 3.Season the shredded chicken with salt and pepper, and grill in a frying pan with olive oil, for 10 min.
- 4.Place the lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
- 5.Add the grated carrot and chicken.
- 6.Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
- 7.Return the wrap to the pan for 1 minute to make it slightly crispy, cut in half and serve.
