Ingredients

  • White Wraps
  • Chicken breast
  • Cos Lettuce
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Plain Yoghurt

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the tortilla briefly in a dry frying pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  2. 2.Spread the plain yogurt evenly over the tortilla.
  3. 3.Season the shredded chicken with salt and pepper, and grill in a frying pan with olive oil, for 10 min.
  4. 4.Place the lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
  5. 5.Add the grated carrot and chicken.
  6. 6.Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
  7. 7.Return the wrap to the pan for 1 minute to make it slightly crispy, cut in half and serve.
