Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Zucchini
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Black olives-sliced
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Dried Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Continental Parsley
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and half of the oregano.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  3. 3.In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the zucchini and cook for about 4 minutes.
  4. 4.Stir in the cherry tomatoes, olives and remaining oregano. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5.Return the chicken to the pan, drizzle with the lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6.Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
