Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Zucchini
- Cauliflower
- White Onion
- Tomato Paste
Instructions
- 1.Cut the chicken into cubes and season with your desired spices, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
- 2.Cut the the zucchini into slices, and separate the cauliflower into smaller florets.
- 3.Heat a skillet with the remaining olive oil and add the chicken cubes. Cook until golden brown and set aside.
- 4.Then, in the same skillet, add the chopped onion and heat for 2 minutes, then add the vegetables.
- 5.Season with your desired spices and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6.Add the chicken to the vegetables and add the tomato paste, mix gently and let it heat for 2 to 3 minutes, and serve.
