Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Zucchini
  • Cauliflower
  • White Onion
  • Tomato Paste

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the chicken into cubes and season with your desired spices, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
  2. 2.Cut the the zucchini into slices, and separate the cauliflower into smaller florets.
  3. 3.Heat a skillet with the remaining olive oil and add the chicken cubes. Cook until golden brown and set aside.
  4. 4.Then, in the same skillet, add the chopped onion and heat for 2 minutes, then add the vegetables.
  5. 5.Season with your desired spices and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6.Add the chicken to the vegetables and add the tomato paste, mix gently and let it heat for 2 to 3 minutes, and serve.
