Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Aldi lentils canned
  • Red Capsicum
  • Baby Spinach
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ground Cumin
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with salt, pepper and cumin.
  2. 2.Cook the chicken in olive oil for about 6 minutes on each side. Set aside.
  3. 3.Sauté the garlic, then add the lentils, roasted capsicum and spinach.
  4. 4.Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  5. 5.Slice the chicken and serve over the lentil mixture.
