- Raw Chicken Breast
- Aldi lentils canned
- Red Capsicum
- Baby Spinach
- Extra virgin oil
- Garlic cloves
- Ground Cumin
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Season the chicken with salt, pepper and cumin.
- 2.Cook the chicken in olive oil for about 6 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- 3.Sauté the garlic, then add the lentils, roasted capsicum and spinach.
- 4.Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
- 5.Slice the chicken and serve over the lentil mixture.
