Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Green Asparagus
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Lemon lime

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the chicken breast horizontally in half, so that you have two thinner cutlets.
  2. 2.Season the chicken on both sides with your preferred seasonings. Set aside.
  3. 3.In a covered pan, heat half of olive oil and then add the asparagus, season with a pinch of salt. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until tender. Transfer them to another container and set aside.
  4. 4.In the same pan, add another half of olive oil and after heating, add the chicken.
  5. 5.Fry them until golden brown.
  6. 6.Then, add the chopped garlic and stir until fragrant, let it reduce by half. Finally, add the juice of 1 lemon and a little water. Lower the heat, cover and let it cook for about 8 minutes.
  7. 7.Lastly, return the asparagus to the pan along with the chicken, heat a little more.
  8. 8.Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
