Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Extra virgin oil
- Green Asparagus
- Garlic, peeled
- Lemon lime
Instructions
- 1.Cut the chicken breast horizontally in half, so that you have two thinner cutlets.
- 2.Season the chicken on both sides with your preferred seasonings. Set aside.
- 3.In a covered pan, heat half of olive oil and then add the asparagus, season with a pinch of salt. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until tender. Transfer them to another container and set aside.
- 4.In the same pan, add another half of olive oil and after heating, add the chicken.
- 5.Fry them until golden brown.
- 6.Then, add the chopped garlic and stir until fragrant, let it reduce by half. Finally, add the juice of 1 lemon and a little water. Lower the heat, cover and let it cook for about 8 minutes.
- 7.Lastly, return the asparagus to the pan along with the chicken, heat a little more.
- 8.Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
