- Raw Chicken Breast
- Zucchini
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Sesame Oil
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Ginger
- Garlic cloves
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.Slice the chicken into thin strips and prepare the zucchini and carrot so they are similar in size for even cooking.
- 2.In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and grated ginger.
- 3.Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- 4.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 5.Add the chicken and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
- 6.Add the carrot and cook for 2–3 minutes before stirring in the zucchini.
- 7.Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring continuously for another 2 minutes until everything is evenly coated.
- 8.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately on its own or with steamed rice.
