- Raw Chicken Breast
- Potato
- Baby Spinach
- Cherry Tomato
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Dried Oregano

Instructions
- 1.Boil the diced potatoes for 8–10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the potatoes for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden.
- 3.Add the garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking for 2 minutes.
- 4.Season the chicken with oregano, salt and pepper, then cook in the same pan for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- 5.Slice the chicken into strips.
- 6.Stir the baby spinach into the pan until just wilted.
- 7.Serve the chicken over the potato and spinach mixture while hot.
