Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Potato
  • Wholemeal Bread
  • Eggs
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Paprika
  • Mixed Leaf Garden Salad

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Coat the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. 3.Flatten the chicken breast to an even thickness using a rolling pin or meat mallet.
  4. 4.Dip the chicken into beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5.Cook the schnitzel in a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  6. 6.Remove the potatoes from the oven once crispy.
  7. 7.Serve the schnitzel with the potatoes and a side of fresh salad.
