- Raw Chicken Breast
- Potato
- Wholemeal Bread
- Eggs
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Paprika
- Mixed Leaf Garden Salad
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Coat the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper and bake for 25 minutes.
- 3.Flatten the chicken breast to an even thickness using a rolling pin or meat mallet.
- 4.Dip the chicken into beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- 5.Cook the schnitzel in a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- 6.Remove the potatoes from the oven once crispy.
- 7.Serve the schnitzel with the potatoes and a side of fresh salad.
