Instructions
- 1.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
- 2.Add the diced chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
- 3.Stir in the soy sauce and coating the chicken evenly.
- 4.Add the frozen corn and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 5.Add the spinach and cook for about 1 minute, until just wilted.
- 6.Place the warm rice into a serving bowl.
- 7.Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture over the rice.
- 8.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion before serving.
