Instructions

  1. 1.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. 2.Add the diced chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
  3. 3.Stir in the soy sauce and coating the chicken evenly.
  4. 4.Add the frozen corn and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. 5.Add the spinach and cook for about 1 minute, until just wilted.
  6. 6.Place the warm rice into a serving bowl.
  7. 7.Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture over the rice.
  8. 8.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion before serving.
