Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Baby Carisma potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • lemon juice
  • Curly Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Slow Cooked Chicken Stock

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil the baby potatoes for 10 minutes, then drain well.
  2. 2.Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the potatoes for 5 minutes.
  3. 3.Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. 4.Cook the chicken in the remaining olive oil for 6–7 minutes per side.
  5. 5.Add the garlic, chicken stock and lemon juice to the pan, allowing the sauce to simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. 6.Spoon the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. 7.Serve alongside the golden baby potatoes.
