- Raw Chicken Breast
- Baby Carisma potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Garlic cloves
- lemon juice
- Curly Parsley
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Slow Cooked Chicken Stock
Instructions
- 1.Boil the baby potatoes for 10 minutes, then drain well.
- 2.Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the potatoes for 5 minutes.
- 3.Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 4.Cook the chicken in the remaining olive oil for 6–7 minutes per side.
- 5.Add the garlic, chicken stock and lemon juice to the pan, allowing the sauce to simmer for 2 minutes.
- 6.Spoon the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- 7.Serve alongside the golden baby potatoes.
