Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Sushi rice
  • Cornflour - from maize starch
  • Soy Sauce
  • Ginger
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Egg
  • Red Cabbage
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the egg for 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate chicken with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
  3. 3.Coat the chicken with cornflour.
  4. 4.Heat oil to 170°C and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5.Drain on paper towel.
  6. 6.Serve over Japanese rice (already cooked before) with shredded cabbage and halved boiled egg.
