Ingredients
- Raw Chicken Breast
- Sushi rice
- Cornflour - from maize starch
- Soy Sauce
- Ginger
- Garlic, peeled
- Egg
- Red Cabbage
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1.Cook the egg for 10 minutes.
- 2.Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate chicken with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
- 3.Coat the chicken with cornflour.
- 4.Heat oil to 170°C and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
- 5.Drain on paper towel.
- 6.Serve over Japanese rice (already cooked before) with shredded cabbage and halved boiled egg.
