Instructions
- 1.Mix the oats, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
- 2.Dip the fillets in the egg white beaten with a fork, then in the oat mixture.
- 3.Bake in an ovenproof dish greased with olive oil in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 40 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the surface is lightly golden and crispy.
- 4.Serve with a fresh, dressed lettuce salad.
