Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Eggs
  • Fresh Spinach Bunch
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Fresh whole Mushrooms
  • Cucumber baby
  • Sesame Oil
  • Light soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2.Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  3. 3.Add the chicken strips and marinate for 5 minutes.
  4. 4.Heat a frying pan and cook the chicken for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5.Remove the chicken and use the same pan to quickly sauté the spinach and mushrooms.
  6. 6.Cook the egg as a fried egg or poached egg using minimal oil.
  7. 7.Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl.
  8. 8.Arrange the chicken, vegetables, and egg on top.
  9. 9.Finish with pepper or sesame seeds if desired.
