- Raw Chicken Breast
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Eggs
- Fresh Spinach Bunch
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Fresh whole Mushrooms
- Cucumber baby
- Sesame Oil
- Light soy sauce
- Honey
- Garlic, peeled
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- 2.Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- 3.Add the chicken strips and marinate for 5 minutes.
- 4.Heat a frying pan and cook the chicken for 8–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 5.Remove the chicken and use the same pan to quickly sauté the spinach and mushrooms.
- 6.Cook the egg as a fried egg or poached egg using minimal oil.
- 7.Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl.
- 8.Arrange the chicken, vegetables, and egg on top.
- 9.Finish with pepper or sesame seeds if desired.
