Ingredients

  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Zucchini
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Olive Oil
  • Brown Onion
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ground Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Continental Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the chicken with cumin, paprika, salt and black pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the onion for 2 minutes until softened.
  3. 3.Add the garlic and chicken, cooking for 5–6 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. 4.Stir in the carrot and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. 5.Add the zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes until just tender.
  6. 6.Mix in the cooked brown rice and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  7. 7.Cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
  8. 8.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
