Ingredients
- Jasmine Rice
- Raw Chicken Breast
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
- Spring Onion
- Sesame Oil
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Sesame Seeds
- Garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1.Cook the rice according to the package directions.
- 2.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3.Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4.Add the diced chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- 5.Stir in the diced carrot and frozen peas. Cook for another 3 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- 6.Add the cooked rice and break up any clumps using a wooden spoon.
- 7.Pour in the soy sauce. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
- 8.Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the rice to become hot.
- 9.Remove from the heat and sprinkle with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds before serving.
