Ingredients

  • Jasmine Rice
  • Raw Chicken Breast
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
  • Spring Onion
  • Sesame Oil
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the rice according to the package directions.
  2. 2.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3.Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4.Add the diced chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5.Stir in the diced carrot and frozen peas. Cook for another 3 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
  6. 6.Add the cooked rice and break up any clumps using a wooden spoon.
  7. 7.Pour in the soy sauce. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
  8. 8.Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the rice to become hot.
  9. 9.Remove from the heat and sprinkle with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds before serving.
