Ingredients
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Eggs
- Slow Cooked Chicken Stock
- Can Peas
- Carrots
- Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 2.Add the carrots and peas and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3.Add the diced chicken and cook for another minute until heated through.
- 4.Add the rice and break up any clumps with a spatula.
- 5.Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet.
- 6.Crack the egg into the empty side and scramble it gently.
- 7.Once the egg is mostly cooked, mix it into the rice.
- 8.Add the soy sauce and stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- 9.Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- 10.Serve immediately.
